canaries stop singing during the molting season to preserve energy. It's not unusual for them to stop singing for upto 10 weeks a year, usually during the summer. Don't worry just keep him/her healthy and give egg food - your bird should sing again!!

My canary used to sing so loudly and so beautifully and he just stopped. :( Now he just chirps occasionally.

hi there greay bird. i only want to make a cooment,as i saw u keep it in a round cage. i have read that they feel stressed in round cages, because birds feel more confident when they have corners. but the bird is great:)i gave it a 5 stars
