actually they have equal pairing , you forget the first writer of post-modern steampunk was actually William Gibson , the novel The Disclosure Engine , so not only did Gibson bring us Cyberpunk he also brought us Steampunk ,

I have to say though that the movie is a bit dark cause I couldn't really see much. However the video is still interesting to watch though. I plan on makng my own cyberpunk animation in the near future myself.
