There are no classes and there are no objects. However, there are classes of objects and instances of objects. Class is a blueprint of an object. Object is an instance of the class at run time.

the term "instances of objects" is false.

Objects are an instance of a class.

  • @mauroprovatos good point, but I am not a "technology industry lawyer", so little inconsistencies here and there do creep in.

  • Next lesson: how does the matrix work.

  • @orloran -- there is an easy reading about this -- search google books for "matrices and transformations" by Anthony J. Pettofrezzo (I assume you are talking about 3D graphics programming.)
