@mohammedali Not really. He caused the accident but if the biker hadn't been speeding then he could have stopped in time. Both in the wrong and both could have prevented this

I like how you can hear the police car chirp its tires as the officer quickly pulls out quickly and then stops in front of the motorcycle. Motorcycle is at fault but the police officer caused the accident intentionally. I would ticket both of them, (racing on the roadway for the motorcycle and failure to yield for the cop)
