  • Hey Harley! Great video! I'm gonna compete in bodybuilding in around 2 years and my bodyfatlevels should then be at around 4%, or 5%. Do u think this is possible todo without some level of starvation? Calorierestriction i mean. Right now im very welltrained and have visible muscles all over, but I'm not at 4-5% . Cheers =)

  • @massivejester we gotta remember that bodybuilders cut back on carbs and water and salt before a comp to achieve a more 'ripped' look. They dont drop any body fat at all but drop pounds of fluid and that makes the muscles more defined. Go back stage and watch the binges that immediately start literally as soon as the show is over.

    Takes at least decade to be an elite body builder too. 2 years aint enough unless you been training for the last 6-8.

    When all our work is play, we will never work another day. Ive never worked longer hours in my life and Ive never spent more time doing what I love doing. I have to force myself to stop 'working' each day lol! Gotta recharge and start again tomorrow.

  • @PaleAfternoon Getting fat on fruit is so impossible. Its like a spider getting fat on flies or a shark fat on seals.

    Cant happen in nature. We are designed as fruit eaters and designed to be trim. The only people that need to moderate calories are people eating shit.

  • In my quest for education what you say here makes total sense to me. Pure logic. You also have tons of energy and this is from glucose and it is so obvious. Proof is in the Pudding.

  • @durianriders Good point, but further, bodybuilders posing in competition are actually in -terrible- shape, as far as performance is concerned; weak as babies.

  • @rawdria She was eating stimulants like maca and cacao and also a lot of nuts (obviously all due to her calorie restriction). My goodness! And no wonder she said she used lots of enemas. Nice lady but bizzare diet to eat / recommend.

  • @rawdria She mentioned not being able to face eating early on due to pregnancy nausea which is common. She is probably very, very restful; also able to be extremely relaxed because of her circumstances.

  • Harley, I'm glad you're drawing attention to poor diets. I unwittingly tried a calorie restriction diet when first going raw and my hunger was uncomfortable. I've been happy on 811 for 2 years now since finding your videos.

    After I've had a large smoothie after being (unintentionally) delayed in eating, my mood swings from low to a natural high.

    An other thing to check out. This is where Angela Stokes- Monarch shares her diet. I hardly could believe, that is all she eats, especially, because she claimed in her recent video, that she ate her usual diet during pregnancy. That seems to be next to nothing, according the suggestion of calorie intake promoted by 30 bad. Yet she just had a perfect baby, with less than two hours labor time. How come? I`d like to know what you Guys think
