Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool North & Cleveleys questions Justice Minister Kenneth Clarke on the stigmatisation of prisoners once leaving the system.

Paul feels that if a prisoner has been rehabilitated, served their time and continues to lead a full and meaningful life, away from crime they should no longer be stigmatised by their past and remain a 'prisoner on the streets'. He hopes to encourage reform within the system so those who want to change their lives can without facing difficulty after incarceration which may lure a person back into a life of crime.
