@thegreenzea his point is that its in society's best interest to educate criminals, its cheaper than maintaining them in prison, and people often to back to criminal ways once out of jail...whereas if said criminal was educated, he wouldn't need to resort to crime, and he would be a functional member of society, all for less than it would cost for prison.
