Perfect!! Thats how we make our tacos in San Antone! But I wish he would of mentioned to Serve those tacos with some homemade Jalepeno Salsa!! that would finish them off perfect!! ;)

These were great. We ended up adding a little Salsa with the potato ones for some added flavor but even without that everything was great.

I should have listened to him. I now have tortillas on my mind constantly. Its been 2 months since I learned how to do this, from this video. and have gone through about 15kg's of flour almost exclusively making tortillas.
