Only first floor if it is sun facing is okay....This is the crux of my experience and search.....Dont go for high rise ...they charge you nearly 2000/- for maintenance, securtiy and power back-up. etc...Parking will be a problem in builder floors after nearly five years... till then it is okay...

I can understand the anguish. i have recently shifted to Indirapuram, and would like to share with all concerned that i have purchased a builder floor in indirapuram shakti khand-IV. First floor. The top floor flat may give you gud returns only when you sell it as and when registry for one more floor above is open or legalised. And the ground floor -never take it....all and sundry will ask you the address, hizrs will trouble you. smell dengue...everythng....

eye opener to all the buyers..No such regulatory body to control booming real estate.. Buyers lands with either thief or robbers to deal with.....GOD knows kya hoga...

It is really shocking. I lost my sleep as I am also awaiting possession in a flat in Pune. I can only sympathize with you and wish it never happens to anyone. Do resort to litigation and get the value for what you had invested, your precious savings. Dont let this builder take you for ride.
