Why do you use electric instead of live-steam which is very popular here in the UK?

Nice vid.
You have this at home ?

ok, this is my opinion on g scale; if you're gonna have trains you can put outside, you kinda have to go to town with your layout.

Looks great! I hope to have a place one day for my g scale layout! I dig the Big Hauler videos too. Can we see more?

You have a very good start.
Hello Very Nice layout , I hope to get my going around. spring of next year. Did you used auto primer to keep the rust from forming on thre track Thanks

Hi-
The rails are brass and the ties are black plastic so rust is not a problem. I used the red oxide primer for two reasons, I want it to look rusty (better than shiny brass and plastic) and blend the mix of old, new and different brands of track. I bought a lot of used track on eBay and some of it was very dirty.

Yes. We have a patio on the side of our house that we don't use. It seemed a good place for a temporary layout. It's been up for a year now.
