Builds nicely. I like it better than John Mayer's cover of "Free Falling," though I do love John Mayer. A little too much echo early on. The slower tempo squeezes a little something extra out of the tune. Good song for him to cover; it's a good fit. Love the song; love Tom Petty.

@lockstep2000 Every song but one on his new album was written/co-written by him; that was Hallelujah, which just about every other artist has covered since his performance of it on Idol.
