@light4darkness Your comment reminds me of the people in Chelyabinsk, Russia, which were filmed in a variety of seemingly healthy. But of the cemeteries around the city was only spoken.
There happened to the first major nuclear accident, which was kept secret for decades, and today there are still several months each nuclear incidents that are actually should to be reported.

Reminds me of David Koresh, and the hazmat suits worn to clean up lead bullets from his ranch. Ripoff!!

Mercy ! Are we going to end up so power greedy that we are going to completely ignore the cold hard facts of the waste and contamination that could poison our grand children ? We will be damned for sure if we do !
The greatest risk posed to miners is inhalation of uranium, proven to cause lung, bone, and other cancers. A concern in this particular region is that a disproportionate number of the miners who are actually in the mines doing the work have been Native American, which is why that population is so concerned. Also, according to the Institute for Energy and Environmental research, water samples from mining areas show uranium contamination at more than 100x the level deemed safe by the U.S. gov't.

Thanks for watching. This is definitely an issue the American public needs to remain informed about, and we'll post updates to the story as they become available.
