That's a very good blog, Jilly. And I absolutely agree with you and you are also not alone with the anger about it. It's really depressing sometimes. The evidence about the tech being a fraud, the organisation only wanting money and Hubbtard being a disgusting criminal is just out there but they don't want to see it. Why? Egoism. For their personal gains and then in the end they get fucked from this scam and can't leave anymore because they invested too much. Kudos to those who dared to leave.

Scientology is just one in a very, very long line of mind control cults. The ONLY special thing about Scientology is that they managed to be a bigger mind control cult than most. That's it! That's all there is to being in the Scientology cult. You get to be a member of one of the world's biggest cults, full of like-minded cult buddies. It does absolutely nothing else for you. Nothing.

Hubbard was an insane paranoid schizophrenic for sure, but he wasn't stupid when it came to using well worn cult and mind control tactics. He built in "protection" for his followers to employ in order to block out common sense and critical thinking. Scientologists lock themselves in jail, the cult doesn't need to do it for them. You can't speak common sense to most Scientologists because they no longer possess it.
