Hey man i have question, i'm starting from beginning and i need to know with what should i start?
Do i do all workouts: traps, shoulders, biceps, upper abs.... or should i start with some exactly workout? I have fat belly and my cheast. Should i start this video workout first then move to othere, plzz respond. thank you for your time xD

Bout two months before I saw any improvement..
Try do at least a little cardio a day. Once as soon as you get up. Best time to burn fat and then again in the afternoon(min at least 20 minutes of High interval training and after building muscle) or if you have the time, before each meal.

Hey, I just want to let you know that the workouts are doing well.
I have lost quite alot of weight on my own and since starting your ab workouts there has been a definite improvement.
I have one last 'layer' of flab that is covering my abs, when I flex I can see my top two but not so clearly. Just wanted to let you know. Oh and also the lower part of my stomach is a bit flabbier than the rest. Any workouts to blast the fat out of there?

@Joshmv14 Glad the workouts is helping you get the body you want: Try and do some full body workouts like this beginner workout and also Instantripped and any one of my other full body workouts as this will really help you get rid of that last bit of fat! Good luck!

Like Hoy said, it depends on a few things but it will also depend on how much your muscles are build up right now. For example if you have never trained your abs and don't really have abs standing out so to speak it coudl be very hard to get them to show, no matter how skinny you are. So if you feel you are underweight you are actually at a good place to start from as you don't need to lose any fat and could just start building some muscle. Get into gym and build some muscle, starting with abs!
