This tutorial will show you how how to do the type of coloring featured in the video. It does matter what kinda of photoshop you have because this one is very basic, meaning all of your guys photoshops will have these actions, they just may not " all " be in the same spot. But if you know your way even a tiny bit around photoshop I'm sure you'll be fine.
