It really doesnt matter but I find the swinging movement harder to do with the forearms in the flat position

I had a question about grip for these, is it better to have the forearms flat like in this video, or pronated (palms facing)?

looks familiar. My trainer has had me do these as a part of a kb complex, with presses, squats, and bent-over rows.

Hang cleans can be really difficult to learn, and have a high injury rate. This move is so simple. You can add weight easily, which means get stronger faster.
