I drew the attention of a Vancouver Pig Officer to the fact that she was idling in front of a "No Idling" sign. And received, an "education" from "The School of Hard Knocks" by rogue agents that loudly proclaimed that they "are the Law"

Police can idle in a no idling zone. They are on duty and can do it for work related purposes. You are a dumbass. It is their job to arrest someone who is screaming and creating a public disturbance. You call this Police Brutality? How so? The man was clearly uneducated in the bylaw. ALL Emergency Vehicles while onduty are exempt from this law.
