2008 Honda CRF450

Showa Twin Chamber Fork
-Leaking cartridge seal
-Results in the damper not functioning correctly.
-Damper rod (gold) does not fully extend after being compressed.
-When the damper is full extended by hand the rod is pulled back into the chamber.
-Fork performance decreases substantially
-Dangerous to ride with
-This is a MUST fix item

  • @keychainfive you are correct, it is best to replace the cartridge seal and the free piston seal. Be sure to check the rods for wear/damage.

  • nice video good music. If that happens how do you fix that problem? Change the inner chamber seals bottom and top?
