  • Yes, this is the DX model, the lens that's about $200 on amazon.com

  • It's the 1.8G, the $200 lens. I was maybe 3ish feet away, basically just walking next to him, handheld.

  • auto focus. I chose not to include the audio because he didn't want to share what he was saying with the world. You can definitely hear the AF motor in the camera audio.

  • Does the D7000 come with f/1.8 dreadlocks or are they extra? If I didn't have any facial hair like this "dude" would the camera shake that much or is it a totally unrelated issue with the DV format? DV referring to Dreadlock Video.

Also I hear the sound just fine, are you on Chrome?

  • I sir, am not 3 but much older than that, in point of fact, and take offense to your rebuttal of my observations concerning the D-7000 and the gentleman with uncouth hair and dreamy eyes. Hrumph!

  • El enfoque esta en automatico... el hecho de que no haya sonido.. se debe a que el microfono de la camara esta tan cerca del lente.. que produce un fuerte sonido del lente al ajustarse al objetivo...

  • Did you just also ceck your volume settings?

  • Reminds me of the singer from 10 Years.

  • Handsome fellow :3

  • Nobody wants to fix the "Rolling Shutter" jiggle. sad really.

  • This clip shows how shallow the lens's dof is. Any slight change of distance between the camera and the subject resulted in defocusing. I love the sufficiently blurred background though! I'm so excited to buy this lens! :-)

  • but will it blend?

  • was this the DX model?
