A lesbian small video store owner recommended this to me back in the late 80's, when she figured out I was interested in gay-themed films. Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen the entire thing. Both as a film and for sheer eye candy value, too. i sort of went around for a while saying "i love food, and drink."

I agree. Cary Elwes is one of the best looking actors of all time. I believe this was his first role in a feature film, just 3 years before The Princess Bride.
