not just some hmong people eat dog, i believe every ethnic there, but yes, only some not all, eat dogs. you can't just say some hmongs only, but some ethnic.

I think you have very nice pix from Vietnam to show the world the minority group of people especially of the poor Hmong tribe who live on the mountains, eating dog meat. However people living in the cities eat dog meat as well.
