This is a compilation of clips by people who were caught up in the terrible Morpeth floods in september 2008.
It uses videos and photos by the public, including myself, to show the devastation that the floods have had.

Hey what a great video you have really captured the devastation that happened in morpeth on the 6th hope families can get sorted its so close to xmas aswell

I am a Morpethian myself and was absolutely shocked when I saw this on the national news. My heart went out to all those in Morpeth who were affected by these terrible floods.

It is - With all the rainfall all the streams running through nearby villages rapidly overflowed. The River Coquet in Rothbury was terrible too.
