It isn't clear whether you are trying to put your video on a blog post or an html page. You might make sure you are using the right code that they give you. I have never had this problem. You can get support from Cincopa. They react very fast.

@TehHandyman When I have placed videos on Facebook, I just uploaded the video to Facebook without using Cincopa. Facebook handles all the details. I would suggest that you don't use Cincopa with Facebook.

It is simpler to do than to explain: Here are the steps. First, you choose a skin...that controls how it looks and how it plays. The skin is the "player" appearance. Second, you upload your content to Cincopa. Third, you fill in the information about the video. Don't skip this. It has SEO value to you.
Lastly, you chose what type of page you are installing it on. If you are installing on Wordpress, use the [Cincopa 123466] (The number will be different.) Put that on your WrdPr page.

how do I add it to the home page?

@RieRiesDiary I ran out of characters. If you are putting it on a normal html page, chose the </> icon. Grab the html code provided and paste it on your page. That's it.
