How long do you let the adults lay eggs before you transfer them to another container? I might have missed you saying it in the video.

Why do you use dirt? Isnt it more costly having to clean it? I always get mites and other bad things with dirt after it sits for a while being wet and covered with food? Its much easier just putting egg crate in there. Plus its easier to get them out when you need without pulling dirt out. just my 2 cents.

once they are growing good you want the light off to slow the growing.
In order to get hatch-lings you need to get the soil near 90 degrees. so leave the light on in other words.
