I don't understand why so much people are complaining.
Of course this game isn't Civ1 or Civ2, it's FreeCiv.
But who gives a shit since it actually a clone of Civilization that can adopt the rules of Civ1 or Civ2.

FreeCiv is technically a remake of Civ2, but you can make it have a Civ1 rule set.
