This is why I hate hearing the sound of sirens when i'm on my bike. People just lose their ability to think and become extremely unpredictable!

@fattpieceofcrap - Me too, former EMT. We didn't have those pinch-points where I was, but if there was a blind corner or a crest of a hill that limited visibility, that's where half the cars would stop. If I were still on an ambulance these days, I'd stick a HERO to the windshield, and set up a youtube channel.

lol. i was a emt for a few years in america and we got the same crap. the worst was people would stop in the middle of a intersection and if you had to turn it would take them 3 seconds to move. ive been behind drivers blaring the siren and horn and they dont even notice. you just get used to it after a while.
