Um depression does not 'spread' like a 'cold' at all. Clearly you know nothing about it. You don't 'catch' depression by listening to others issues. If there is noone to listen to people with depression about their issues then there would be more suicide and it would be unable to be prevented. Really I had to stop this video listening to all your descriptions of depression like you have read it from a child's perspective.

vowoyele,...thanks for the comment, believe me I am not selfish or self centered..my comments here are to safeguard practioners and those who dare to jump in and support...if you do alot of listening and helping others you must make sure to keep your heart and mind...receive it as you may...but these tips are earnestly for those who are in the thick of supporting others...you can become weary in well doing toward others and become depressed too...thanks, regard my words again please for safety.
