Awesome run, but what's the point of killing your allies ?

The game advances you after you rescue your allies, or if they all happen to die. In some cases it is quicker to trigger the next area by killing them, rather than saving them.

I don't even know what I saw but it was awesome good vid but man I need to know how you went throughout the ceiling and walls on pillar/Keyes/the maw. Either way I was entertained and would like to know how you did those glitches.

Look up the video "Halo CE Anniversary: Keyes Shield Bump Tutorial" by DarkHawkGaming. The maw trick was a bit different and used the door to push you up as it was opened by the Hunters.

Speed running Halo has ALWAYS been about beating the programmers of the game using EVERY POSSIBLE TRICK AVAILABLE! Our roots are set firmly in the Halo tricking community.

What you are talking about is boring gameplay videos, not speed running. We even have a category for players who think your way. It's called Full Path Halo. The last FPH video we posted had around 12 views.
