Her horse is not your horse though, they are all different, he is new there. Yes he is all over her but that does not make her a bitch. I have known plenty of stallions, geldings, colts and mares. They are all different and and all needed different handling. Being insultive is not going to help the lady control him.

Instead of being insultive how about telling people how they should handle the horse? The prime part being never corner yourself or wrap a rope round your hand or arm. Put a bridle on the horse before it comes out of the box if you think you may need one. Keep the horse in an open space, not near a gate where it could catch it's legs if it kicked out.
