AT&T and Junior Achievement of Northern California in November partnered to put on a mock Board of Supervisors hearing that provided high school students from San Franciscos Galileo Academy of Science & Technology an opportunity to experience the complexities of the San Francisco budgeting process. Students broke-up into four groups (Board of Supervisors, Dept. of Public Works, Port of SF, and AT&T) and see how budget cuts made by the Board of Supervisors affect city departments and businesses.
The event was part of AT&T's multi-million dollar, multi-year national education initiative - AT&T Aspire - launched last year to help strengthen student success and workforce readiness. Junior Achievement is the world's largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.

how about a job shadow at one of your CIS offices so others can see how crappy the work environment is and how crummy the database we are forced to use is. Oh, and with all the computer problems we have, thanks for fixing the tone, that extra 1/10 a second per call is brilliant, give the person who thought od that fix a billion dollars De La Idiot.
