@alessia79twnsnd If floor sticked with the original instead of the nightwish version it would have sounded much better, I dont really like the nightwish version of that song either, the original is best.

I did not mention it because Floor sang it badly but she has an excuse.

The song is created for Sarah Brightman which is a lyrical soprano like Tarja. For a lighter and more agile voice basically, so it's reasonable.

It does not excuse the fact she misses a fair amount notes. Tastes are subjective, but singing out of tune is not.

As I've said, these judgements never fail to amuse me.

So you agree Floor sang worse here and - even though this is the only song performed by both and would give Tarja an advantage - still say Floor is superiour.

About range - all soprano types have similar range, the difference consists in where their tessitura lies.

About versatility - the only thing Floor does extra is growling (sometimes) and I can't call that "music".

Anette is quite good, shes definatly not the worst.

How I love this kind of logic, supporting a speculation with another speculation :) The sound quality is not great but the voice can be heard perfectly.

Floor sounds like karaoke compared with Tarja, sorry.

I am an old admirer of Floor's but her vocals here are much lower level than Tarja's.

This cover is the ideal example of why Tarja is the greatest, and a kick in the teeth for all the people obsessed with making "X versus Y, who is the queen whatever" videos.

Interesting fact: this song is much more suitable for Floor's - dramatic soprano - than for Tarja.

Yet, Tarja sang it like a godess while Floor is pretty weak.
