Nothing is wrong with Canada OR the united states. Canada isn't cheap and we don't say "eh?" and talk funny, we are the same as americans. I wish everybody would understand that. I like canada AND the united states of America. :D

Oh, how I wish I were Canadian. It always seems like great band/singers and TV shows come from there. I guess I could argue that I am part-Canadian. My parental grandparents immigrated from Ontario. It's also the only place I've been outside of my home state (yes, I've visited another country, but never another state).

@biggerflexible I backpacked with my best friend Megan ("Mee-gan" - the way we say it in Australia), and we never, ever heard it pronounced "Meh-gun" until we went to America. In Canada and England people would see her name on her drivers licence or nametag (when we worked as barmaids), or her passport and automatically pronounce it "Mee-gan". We didn't even have to say anything. Then we went to the US and she immediately turned into "Meh-gun" everywhere we went. It was really weird.
