APA Format in Word for Mac

Tutorial for formatting a manuscript for APA style rules using Word 2011 for Mac.

Professor Jorgensen, we appreciate you taking the time to show us this...Got a question. When go on "file" and then the page set up to have microsoft word and I go back to the file to check, it will revert back to what it was, even after I have saved it or set it as default. Any ideas on how I can get it to stay that way?

Without seeing it happen, I'm can't be sure why it happens. What are you trying to set in Page Setup that isn't saving?

Once you've set this up the first time, you can save it on your computer as "APAtemplate.docx" and use it for every paper you start.

PLEASE HELPP im using mac but my microsoft doesnt have a ribbon, how do i get it!!!!????!!!!??!!

If you don't have a ribbon, you probably don't have a recent version of MS Office. They introduced the ribbon in 2007/8, so 2004 and before won't have it. Are you sure it's MS Office? Evern if there is no ribbon, all features are still available in the regular menu at the top of the screen, you just have to look for them.
