Gravity Force XNA

Inspired by the fantastic game Gravity Force 2 for the Amiga, this game features WAN, LAN and Xbox Live networking.

This is pre-alpha and the game is currently under development, hence the not so great programmer artwork. We have come up with this in three weeks of casual development outside of our ordinary daytime jobs. Still, we are very inspired and keep adding, removing and improving things. A beta release is not far away.

Hey is this project still going on? Seems a shame to stop when its looking so good. Only comment is that the flying looks a little fast, im sure it didnt used to be that quick!

@thegrovesy Hey! I'm afraid the project is quite dead. :( I was trying to find someone to make nice graphics, but couldn't. I suppose i could polish it a little bit more, but it wouldn't be as nice with "programmer art".

It's open source if someone should want to continue the project. The code isn't that bad and it's quite easy to extend.

the levels can be virtually any picture with one transparent color key right ?

dude the graphics look great. You've captured the feel of the old game with both the mechanics and the graphics. The new particle effects look great too.

If you finish it with placeholders I'm sure arty people would be happy to contribute. I'd love to be able to play this online with my Xbox.
