im beginning doing basic woodworking ive got a dremel 4000 with the drill press station and plunge router and a jig saw and a skill saw {main tools for woodworking got alot more mechanic style tools} im thinking about getting a table saw or miter saw which would you recommend table or miter?

@kirklanddavis Table saw. Anything you can do on a miter saw you can do with a table saw. That said, I sure do use my miter saw a lot!

I like this video, the only thing I really disagree with, is that if you are going absolutely bare bones basic you can get just a circular contractor saw instead of a table saw, they are cheaper and more safe imo, also I think you should have mentioned table saw kickbacks if you get a crappy cheep one, I don't know if it has happened to you but it happened to me and it broke a few ribs (granted I should not have been standing behind it but I was like the beginner I was at the time)

i would like to mount my router to a table too but there is a problem the my router has a springloaded hifht adjustment system and it has a switch the needs to be pressed in all the time :/ any sugestions ?
