each clip was filmed in 1 attempt.

History of Jumpstyle
- jumpstyle basics were invented in belgium, this is where the dance originated from. Over time it moved to the netherlands, where the hardjump emerged (which is what i do in the first clip). And later Tekstyle also known as complex style and star style came along, which is the most interesting style as its unique to the individual, and has no set moves.

Scooter helped make the dance known in other countries, but they are not in anyway the inventor.

  • i can only shuffle its funny cause i do it all time like in the supermarket and stuff im not any good at jumpstyle last time i tried it inside i kicked the wall

  • @halo3flims don't worry, inevitably we all kick a wall at some point :D check out Patrick Jumpen's How To In English, and it will tell you all you need to know to do jumpstyle properly :)

  • I guess, I can't really get into shuffling :(

I'm a jumper for life no matter what :)

About 3 people I know do jumpstyle, the rest are shufflers, but they watch me do it and seem impressed lol, I'm teaching a couple of people to jumpstyle lol :D

  • @jumpstyleraawrgazm that's excellent man :) but don't limit yourself to just jumpstyle, learn EVERYTHING then do your favourite :D Then when the music changes you can keep dancing.

  • OMG! i love jumpstyle :D

im actually pretty good at it, im trying to get it big in australia, im gonna be uploading tons of videos soon :D

btw, Alan, your my idol :)

  • @jumpstyleraawrgazm shuffling is so popular in Oz i doubt jumpstyle will ever really take off there. But at least you will have a lot of people who are also interested in Hardstyle music.

Shuffling is more versatile of course, you can shuffle to a whole range of music, jumpstyle is more limited in that respect, but also a great dance. I prefer jumpstyle/tekstyle, but in australia shuffling is king.
