Can i apply carbon fiber to my longboard so it wont flex as much?

@awesomenoob6281 if you do be sure to make a plaster casting of the inside of the shell so there will be no size difference ive never done it but im sure it would be easier that way to but like i said im not sure

@awesomenoob6281 : Yes, certainly. Either the bodyshell or the chassis. For the chassis you would generally make flat sheet and then cut the shapes out of the flat sheet. The bodyshell you would need a mould for. If you use the inside of an original lexan bodyshell then you'll get a nice part but it will be slightly smaller than the original.

@geo6642 : I don't know about teak oil but I know that wood (such as MDF which is often used) can be sealed with several layers of shellac (which is a wood sealer) and it works well. If in doubt, produce a small test mould and try it first for a release.
