It is ignorant to talk about 'job creation'. No one creates jobs as such. What people do is try to make a living and, if they can, accumulate money. That process means some people will have jobs they want done so that they can make money. In principle, anyone can do that. It is absurd to say governments can't do it. You may not want them to, but that is a different argument.
