I'd love to know the rationale of your stance of 2:1 pressing to pulling ratio.

2:1 ratio is at least 1 set of rowing movements for each set of presses. The balance of back work would be pulldown movements. Most people say 1:1, but we feel you should split pulldown and rows roughly equally for overall development and orthopedic balance.
So, for the peolple who sit behind keyboards looking for mistakes others make online, let me updaye. Do i set of ROWS and 1 set of pulldowns for each set of pressing. Since the video was on rows, I stated 2:1.
