It's a brass kit from Peter Clark Models. I have made the tamping gear go up and down as this operation is not part of the kit. I have also added a lot of the details on it from the scrap box/spare parts. It has two digital chips in it, one for the tamper to move plus another to operate the up and down movement of the tamping gear.
