I remember my uncle tampering with those and editing the shit to make it unlimited. All it was a system timer. Just dick around with the computer's time and the shitty code they used in AOL and you got free nets.

@themanwithnonose You're about right, when I first got AOL in 1995, I had a 466 computer...with dial-up on a 14 bps modem, it could barely handle Windows 95. But computers have advanced more by the minute from that year forward!

@girlstorm09 well the brits used dial up alot, only now are they getting better internet. the bbc website used to have a shit design because people w/o broadband couldn't load it otherwise
