I havent tryed minecraft so I dont know my gpus temp there, but when I play this game. the temp goes to around 72 c. I havent overclocked nor have I increased the ram. The game runs smoothly at 60fps but when I come to big places that has much details the fps goes down to30 but thats a smal thing, Also keep in mind that I have choosen the details to be full, its all on high settings.

With that kind of gpu and ram you should be fine to go. If you see any lagg, I gotta blame it on your 4 gb.

what temperature do you get

my specs :

amd phenom ii x4 955 3.2ghz

4gb ram

asus 6950 2gb

I want to now because I am kinda new to the pc side of gaming and when I run minecraft on my pc the temperature of the card increase from 35C to 50C while playing it and I don't now how it will cope with skyrim as the temp might get to high also is there any thing I can do to my pc that will make games run even better e.g increase the ram over clock the processors and graphics card. thanks for the help.
