It was great to be there that evening at Luton Hoo.

They had last played England in 1992 at Manchester GMex. So there was a 5 year gap where, as usual everybody was left wondering what the hell as going on with them.

It was one great eeee vening.

Nice light show. This was really the highlight of this show. Kraftwerk hadn't done a show in over 10 years, and they did this live show in England.

I was there during my young days, I used to go to school across the road from the Hoo so couldnt miss this for anything :)

i could'nt get in the tent it was full and that tent was massive, they had two big screens outside so i watched it from there, i could still feel the base through my feet :)

There were also four concerts in 1993. these 1993 concerts were the first concerts in which man-machine was played. if you search in youtube "kraftwerk man-machine 1993" you will find a video recording of it.

I remember the sign at detroit-dj-tent "closed for kraftwerk" :-)

This suxx. The record they did back in the late 70's was great. Some recordings just don't cut it as live performances. This is one of them.
