@glennw53 Great list!! Read's like a who's who of the Friday Rock show with Tommy Vance!! I was a fairly naive 13 year old in 1977 then all of a sudden my cousins started playing guitar & listening to BBD,Yes,Rush etc & then I woke up & found my niche,good times ;-)

@WELLBRAN I really feel the 70's was musics' best decade. Not slighting the 60's with the Beatles or Stones or The Move, Doors and the San Fran bands butt in the sense of so many fantastic bands. The shear quantity and quality.
LZ,Rush,Yes,GG,VDGG,Queen,BeBop,DP,KC,UH,Camel,Traffic,Cityboy,JT,Police,MB's,Scorpions,ELO,B.Joel,Genesis,FZ,10cc,Aerosmith,ACooper,Big Star,BOC,SuperT,Styx,CTS,Eagles,Elvis C.,Fleetwood Mac,PFloyd on and on. Of course some started in the late 60's,with best work in 70's

Oh man I remember them at Stafford Bingley Hall They played this and said they were recording it for the upcoming live album. Bill wasn't happy with the sound.
On the video where it fades out he then continued with the most amazing solo.It must be on tape somewhere.Underated superb musician

weren't we so spoilt with all the wealth of good music through the 70's..innovative creative risktaking exciting experimental LIVE music and this band was one of the best around, but every week you could go down to your local dancehall and see groups like this for a few quid entry. Next day nip out and buy the Album
