  • this one hits close to home..love or videos!!!

  • @nicole70ify I dont get what your saying?

  • Many, or most of these focus irregularities are due to a lack of validation from others, thus the propensity to feel threatened, misunderstood, and even attacked by others when criticized. This can create a deep sense of pain and confusion, and in turn makes the anxiety and depression much worse.

  • @rdoearth I think its not due to a lack of validation but a genetic dispossition one is born with

  • Ahahaha, you are so similar to me, dude. It's good to see that a fellow male also has my issues.

  • serotonin re-inhibitors..... what about 5-htp? any research on this topic? Id love a vid on it :)

  • haha you just awnsered my question... my bad. I have to pause the vid to write before I forget what I was gona say lmfao proof! ahahah

  • I totally agree with you about the ADD ADHD... and honestly I think that could be a part of the anxiety. Like if we have a hard time focusing we may not feel very confidant in social situations leading to anxiety and insecure thoughts. Its like a cycle. What do you think?

  • you have gotten a lot better at focusing and getting your point across :)

  • your videos sorry.

  • @composer63 I understand that you might think that personally, because you yourself have been diagnosed ADD, a dysfunction that is genetic and is marked by focus irregularities. I am not disagreeing with you, but I am merely saying that one does not necessariy need to be ADD to suffer with focus irregularities. It can come from other cources, and I believe that this is the case for most bpd sufferers.
