It reminded me just a bit of Enter Sandman, but I dropped the idea completely, thinking that I was just imagining things, only to read the comments and realized I wasn't the only one. But it reminds me of it just a tiny bit, barely. :)

Seriously... Why are we talking about other things when this song is from A(Ace). Stay on topic. And respect Rookie will ya? He has a lot of talent! Not that he can only play the violin, he plays the piano and a variety of other instruments. Not to mention he has a beautiful voice.

Holy crap shut up everyone. This doesn't sound REMOTELY the same as Enter Sandman. The pacing is WAY different, Metallica is/was thrash, this is just plain old rock, the structure is completely different, the riff you're all complaining about isn't even close to this one. And even if it took inspiration from it doesn't make it a copy, otherwise you could find a way to whine about nearly every song ever made about some vague similarity to things from completely different genres.
