Wow do I have a lot on my mind! This time around we have some significant issues both physically and emotionally to overcome to achieve victory. Will this be an empty victory or a new frontier that leads to happiness?

  • That's a lot of heavy stuff headed down the pike, a lot of chances to right some wrongs, so while everything is emotionally draining at least your the person calling the shots. I do think you should stick to your diet for the contest then see about getting back any lost muscle afterwards. :p

  • I think the move is a step back, at this point in time. It's time for some new dreams and new horizons to challenge.

  • ...Consider all of your options.

    You can't predict the future, but you can consider the possible outcomes of any given situation. Maybe the move would be a good thing for you, give you a new sense of self and open new windows of opportunity.

    As for the hydrostatic weigh-in, I think that's a great idea. It'll be a great gauge as to whether you've been doing benefit or harm to your musculature.

    Good luck with your life decisions and continued luck with your progress.

    So, you've got some issues, eh? Who doesn't nowadays, am I right? I wish I could offer you some advice or guide you in a direction, but I'm afraid I'm not qualified to do so.

  • Hi Brad! Sorry I have not been in contact so long - I have been crazy with work! As you know, I am an official Weight Watchers leader here in Dothan. I personally use the Eating For Life eating plan, based on the Weight Watchers Core Food List. This has worked very well. However, if you are doing the Flex Plan with Points, make certain that you are using your Points Booster to calculate the number of additional points that you need to eat, in ADDITION to your Daily Points Target. Important!

  • your calorie count is okay for this short period of time...add an extra 100 and you will still be okay....also emotionaly hurt twice..shame on you...hey he is out there, just hold your head high, go forward,stay positive...your working this out and we're along for the ride...

  • My understanding is that the average body needs at least 800 calories a day just perform it's normal functions (breathing, chemical exchange, etc.), and that's if you're just laying in bed!

  • In my opinion, 1800 is nowhere near enough calories.
