This is an amazing film and I am so proud that my good friend Roy Stevens was the Production Manager on this film. Unfortnately Roy died yesterday of a heart attack, but at least he had the chance to work with David Bowie.

this film was kinda way before its time and maybe prophetic about global warming.

Well that brings back some memories, I saw this in the movie theater in the 1970's
Not a good move to drop acid before seeing.

It is awfully sad. And Newton doesn't age or anything, right? So is he just stuck on earth for, like, literally forever?
What year was this? Anyone know?

The film? 1976. The song, about six years ago.

Just sometimes XD Hi I'm Louis legendarie Lestat. You know, there's a lot of things that makes chains in my mind and your name caught my atention because I'm reading the Ann Rice's novel "The vampire lestat", and I'm a great fan of David Bowie. I think your name is because of the novel and not because of the movie "The Queen Of The Damned" or "Interview With The Vampire"(Tom Cruise is a GREAT actor) I'd like to make contact with you. Nice song!

Yes, the name is a reference to The Vampire Letat. I love Interview with the vampire but I have no kind words for Queen of the damned. My alternate youtube account is TheBratKingJareth. A sort of merger of Jareth (David Bowie's character in Labyrinth) and Lestat's nickname of The Brat Prince. This particular youtube account you've reached me on is mostly for posting Paul Murphy's songs.
