Meaty Jam w/Ibanez XPT700 Xiphos

Hello! This is a demonstration of some ideas with a new guitar I bought! It has a tremendously heavy sound that I love and I got a good deal on it too. Some of the stuff is sloppy, I will warn you, but it's not terrible either. amp is a peavey vypyr 30 watt. enjoy!

how do you feel about the peavey vypyr's high gain sound ?

i want to buy a new amp to replace my line6 spider ..

because the line6 spider high gain sounds sucks i think.

@neo69hk It's a LOT better for metal. It's also simple to use and has much better quality effects if you're interested in them. The vypyr is actually a good amp on its own, where the Line 6 amps are painfully lacking to me.

@ProBuNdi Nope! I used the 6505 model with pre-gain at 1 O' Clock, lows at 2 O' Clock, mids at 12 O' Clock, and highs at 10 O' Clock. none of the stompbox emulations were used.
