That was interesting; at 22:59, when Dr. Ekman was thinking of something that he could get angry about, there was a slight and involuntary twitch of the muscles around his nose and he pressed his lips together (demonstrating the microexpression related to anger), and he inhaled quite deeply before giving his answer as well

I just watched later interview where he is talking about the Dalai lama and he reveals he disagrees with him. That might be the source of his "lie" indication. He didn't agree with him so he was not telling the truth when saying he enjoyed his visit. Likely at a later date, he was able to figure out why he felt that way.

44:33 or so, when he was touching his nose.. should I interpret that as a nose scratch.. or is he lying about the number of years he's teaching the police ....
